Hispanic Art Exhibit at the Wynwood


Wynwood Hispanic Heritage Art Exhibit, hosted by Aspira of Florida, Inc. and Goldman Properties and curator, Elizabeth Erazo Baez. The exhibit took place on Saturday October 11, 2008.

 

 


The evening showcased a group of Miami's outstanding talented Hispanic artists. The event coincided with the Wynwood Art District Gallery Night, which occurs every second Saturday of the month and attracts hundreds of art aficionados. Live Music by Rich Hernandez added the Latin touch for a wonderful evening. The event benefited ASPIRA of Florida.

Sponsored by CLC Risk Services, Inc., the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of South Florida, Catering Concepts, and Rums of Puerto Rico.

Aspira is a not for profit organization rooted in the Puerto Rican and Latino community, and driven by the mission to serve and address the "educational and developmental needs of all youth" throughout Florida's multi-cultural communities. ASPIRA is committed to pursue the highest quality programming for youth who are at risk of dropping out of school.
